  1. Greet: Good Morning, everyone, and welcome. We'll do our best to deal with you reservation as quickly as possible.
  2. Seat/ Refreshments: Can you take a seat? An we'll serve you with a welcome drink. We'll call your name when we're ready to check in.

  4. Check Printout: Could you just check the registration details are correct on this printout? Your name and home address. The dates of your stay. Your Passport number.
  5. Sign: Great, just sign here, please. Thank you Mrs Lobo.
  6. Passport: Could you give me your passport? You can collect them from reception in the morning.
  7. Key Card and Room Information: So, here's your key card. Your room number is 251- on the second floor. The porter will take your luggage to your room. Enjoy your stay with us.

Dinner is served from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.
The currency exchange desk opens at 9:00 a.m.

Receptionist: Good Morning. Sonesta Hotel. Kevin Speaking, How can i help you?
Caller: oh, hello, i'd like to book a room for two people please, we'll arrive on the 10th of june and leave on the 12th of june.
Receptionist: Centaintly. What type of room would you like
Caller: I need a twin room please.
Receptionist: Let me just check our reservations. Um yes, that's fine.
Caller: Good
Receptionist: So. One twin room, for two night from the 10th of June to the 12th of June.
Caller: Yes, that's right, what's the price of the room?
Receptionist: The twin room rate is 250 Euros.
Caller: that's fine, thanks
